On this website you can find some of my work, I am a coach, trainer and nutritionist for all sports, Bodybuilding, Fitness, Freefighters, MMA fighters, Oil wrestlers, Strongman, Motor cyclers, American football, Soccer, Sailing, Runners etc. the list is long.   I am currently working with some of the top freefighters and MMA-fighters from Holland, K1, Dream, Strikeforce etc.

I am working with athletes for more than 30 years now and the list of champions is still growing, Pro bodybuilders, Pro fighters, National champions, International champions, European champions, World champions, Universe winners, Grand Prix winners and off cours lokal champions.
